Hello everyone! We are going to start fall training for our track athletes this Thursday on the new Mountain View High School track. If you or someone you know from any high school in the area is interested, please let them know that practice will start at 5:30 PM.

Everyone who participates will need to sign a waiver and complete the necessary paperwork. You’ll also need to sign up for an AAU membership for insurance purposes, I think it’s $16. The cost for this upcoming REAL Training season is $135. The priority is to get as many as possible training this fall and build up our club for the indoor season and competitions. There’s a lot up in the air right now with COVID, but the REAL Training group is definitely going to do what we can to provide opportunities to compete.

If you are currently on the MVHS Cross Country, I hope that you can join this fall but let’s first finish our season. We can talk about this at practice.
